It works instantly like numbness from dentist grade lol it does wear off quick but definitely improves pain. Tiny tube but you only need to apply small amount

Be careful you only need a tiny amount, it slightly burns for the first few seconds then it rapidly numbs, unfortunately I must have put too much because I swear I get less numbing power in the dentist.So it definitely does the trick.Just remember tiny amounts. 😅
