Came with the lid broken but the candle itself was fine and smelled amazing.EDIT: I was messaged by the seller after leaving this review with an apology and an offer of a replacement! I am so pleased with this seller I have amended my review to reflect this amazing level of customer support! Also the new candle scent is Gardenia Bloom and it's so good!

Edit: I received a replacement from the seller. It arrived in pristine condition. I was very, very happy to receive the replacement and I was impressed with the seller’s handling of my initial experience. I would now change my recommendation of this as a gift and say that it would make a beautiful, elegant gift. ~The scent is reminiscent (IMO) of what other manufacturers might call “fresh/crisp linen”.It is not terribly strong but enough to fill a medium sized room with a subtle aroma.The box came torn along one of the corners, and the handle on the jar-lid came bent to one side; so for those reasons it would not have been gift-able.I bought it for use in my own home and I generally prefer quality of scent and wax, over aesthetic perfection, so that was not a major problem in my case.Three wicks.Long burn life.If you prefer a candle that will fill an entire apartment, or more than one small-medium room with fragrance, then this candle may not be for you.

I normally love candles from this brand but I guess I will only buy them from a department store from now on. This one & another one (the gold shiny one) I ordered both came snuggly packed in styrofoam so I was surprised to open them & see they were both so damaged & “off” looking.A bunch of the glass bumps are broken off & sharp. The label is all weird & scratched up, like something that’s been sitting in a discount bin.The wax is really strange in color & texture, it honestly looks like someone took used empty candle jars & refilled them with new wax.I bought them both to give as gifts but definitely can’t give these to someone. The smell of the gold one was nice but this one smells like citrus cleaner & not what I imagined from the name “Woody”

****UPDATE**** After my original review, I was contacted by the company and they sent another candle! Totally unexpected but thankful it allowed me another opportunity to try the updated, longer lasting formula. Just as before, the scent is delicious and the packaging remains beautiful. It's awesome to experience top notch customer service as well as a longer lasting, wonderfully scented candle.The scent was awesome and the packaging was very nice.....but the candle burned down faster than any other brand I've ever bought. Completely gone in about 2 weeks.....and I only burn for a couple hours at a time. I had read the reviews that made it clear they don't last long but knowing that I only burn for short periods of time, I thought the others must burn too long. Nope, they were correct. Very disappointed..... I'll stick to Tyler.

First, I want to point out the good things:The scent is very fragrant. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box.The jar it comes in is gift worthy and easily repurposed. It’s also sturdy!The candle arrived quickly and nicely packaged.The only thing that disappointed me was that I ordered the candle in “wild rose” and received a different scent. I haven’t been able to find Wild Rose from this brand lately, which is sad because it’s such a fresh, floral scent while the one I received is more musky. Hopefully they will get it back in stock, and I wish I had received the scent I actually ordered.Update: The shop reached out to me and replaced the candle with the correct one without any prompt or return, which showed excellent service and pride in their product!
