A real page turner and a gripping novel. With the right elements of suspense and thrill . One good deed leaves the reader engrossed and maintains the same level of excitement throughout. Keeps the reader on the edge. A must read novel for people of all ages.The story revolves around a boy named Rohan and his quest to find a women named Shalini, who apparently is the answer to a number of unanswered questions. The moment the reader sets his hands on the book he gets transferred into a world of suspense ,mayhem and murder. A commendable job done by the author Gouri Krishna. A much appreciated debut novel . Looking forward to reading more novels by her .

The book is not that great. It's okay and readable. There are many grammatical mistakes and typos throughout the book. The details given on materialistic life is very cheap.

One good deed is one helluva story that takes you around a roller coaster ride yet lands you safely. The twists and turns left me aching at the edge of my seat. A great debut.
