Great addition to my workout!!
I love this addominal device. I have combined it with my daily cycle for a good, fuller workout of my muscles. Its easy to use with clear instructions, there are only 3 buttons on the controller so it's super easy to navigate and with 6 modes and 9 different levels of intensity there's something for everyone here, from all levels of fitness. It's compact so it fits nicely in my cycle bag after use. It fits securely and comfortably to my body and is super light so I don't feel weighed down during workouts. This is also a discreet item, so on days where my cycle wasn't possible it was just as easy to pop on during my working day without everyone knowing. So for anyone like myself who doesn't like the busy gym vibes or is self concious this is a great product to invest in. The pulses from the different modes did at first feel funny but you do quickly get used to it the more you familiarise yourself with it. All in all I'll keep using the product as it makes me feel more confident that I'm giving myself the best workout possible.

Great equipment to be used at home
Very good quality product that comes with clear instructions, deffo comfortable to wear and works perfectly. Help stimulates muscles and targets toning areas. Especially good for those who can’t make it to the gym. But will of course take a few weeks to get results.

Good for relaxing muscles after exercise
It uses hydragel and easy to reuse. It also stimulates intestinal peristalsis as well. Keep using it saves me money to do surgery.

Sticky pads came right off
I'm so disappointed in this product, after reading all the reviews I had really high hopes. The sticky pads wouldn't even stick on and fell right off, I tried multiple times but I can't honestly review the performance of this product if I can't get it to stay on in the first place!
