Fake and defective machine!! Avoid!!Bought this machine as a present. But the machine came glued with the head moving all around, loud, no power. The bag with combs came used.I never bought a product in a worst condition than this and on top of that fake, cheap weak plastic.When I tried to contact them for a refund they did not respond so I needed to file a claim. Surprise, this made them respond otherwise you will find yourself with a fake machine and money taken.

I have another two of the same machine but this one that i just bought performs like it needs to recharge .. its slower than the other two when you switch it on. You can really tell the difference when you switch them on side by side to compare, i cant really return it without replacing it first so im having to keep it cause its used everyday at a barbers but very dissapointed with the performance. Of the particular one i recieved.Having said that the other two i have which is the identical machine work like a dream .So it may be that the one i recieved was faulty but like i said cant return it cause i cant wait around for weeks till its recieved checked and replaced / resent.

Was disappointed to find the blade damaged when I opened the box and not properly packed inside the box leading me to belive these are reconditioned or seconds.

DO NOT BUY!!!!Within the first few hours of using my clippers they got really hot, actually burning clients scalps.They run flat within minutes, the charger doesn't work properly (the light goes off after about a minute!)I have sent 2 emails to them over the last week or so asking for a refund and I'll return the clippers but I have had no reply to either!I never write reviews usually but I'm absolutely gutted about this! Just getting back to work after being close due to COVID for so long, buy lots of new equipment and they don't work!AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I have been cutting hair for more than 12 years now and this is the best clipper i have used. Battery life is good enough to crank out two hair cuts.If you're serious about cutting hair then get this. If you just want a tool to do a half decent job on your own head then stick to something cheaper and leave this to the professionals.
