No instructions. I am getting FM & VHF.
I have had this Splitter and it stopped working after eight months. My email to the manufacturer keeps coming back. How do I get Amazon to take it back? There is not a Box for Return or Replace in this order. Please tell me what to do. I think this is an Amazon problem? Help please!

Doesn't work.
Simple: connect antenna to VHF radio and listen to all the weather channels, noting the reception quality. I couldhear 7 of the 10 channels my radio can receive. Now, attach the splitter to 12V power, hook it up between antenna and VHF radio, and check the weather channels again. In my case, all were attenuated, some down to inaudible or no signal. Only the strongest channel was still usable. Similarly, the AIS unit I connected this to showed no AIS signal. All fuses are good, so I assume the unit is getting the power it requires, but there is no on/off switch and no signal indicators to confirm this. Conclusion: my particular unit was broken from the factory, or this is just a bad product. Either way, returned. I'm going spend $$ on a splitter from a respected marine electronics manufacturer.
