Extremely dissatisfied with this box. It worked fine when we first got it back in October. I bought this for my parents and they just now tell me there are issues. For instance they have never been able to use Netflix... even though I bought it specifically for netflix since that was listed as compatible. When you try to play movies the sound is muffled and garbled. Unwatchable. We tried to uninstall and reinstall only to find out that the newest version of netflix is no longer compatible with the box! Very frustrating to say the least. Box often freezes and is just not user friendly at all. A refund would be great.

LOVE THE BOX, A LITTLE FRUSTRATING PROGRAMMING IT THOUGH. WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER AS SOON AS I GET IT RIGHT. BOX STOPPED WORKING NOT PICKING UP SIGNAL. RETURNED FOR REFUND. BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSERIGHT.UPDATE: 11/07/2016; FINALLY PROGRAMMED AS I WANT, NOW BOX NOT PICKING UP WI-FI SIGNAL. VERY FRUSTRATED

My problem is i bought this box because they said it had BluetoothAnd it doesnt have Bluetooth at all im not happy !!!
