Of all the different card brands I’ve tried for my business, this one is the best. By far. No smudging, clear print.

Instructions:Print out your design for one side of the card, slightly larger than the card itself. Cut out and tape face-up to a piece of cardstock.Tape the PVC card face-down on the design and cover with a piece of teflon paperPreheat your press to 280 F. This is hot enough to sublimate but not so hot the card melts and sticks to the paper.Press for 220 secondsRemove from the press and place a cold iron on top the card to act as a heat sink - cools the card and prevents warping.If there is any paper residue stuck to the card, it can be removed with isopropyl alcohol and some gentle rubbing.Remove card and repeat for the other side.

We send these out with our vinyl decal orders. Most decals instruct you to use an old credit card to apply them. We started to include one of these with each order. It allows us to continue to market our business and make application easier for our customers. They get the job done!

Perfect for what I need. See Troy Amirs comment for sublimation instructions. But wanted to add, you can sublimate both sides at the same time. Remove from press but leave in the paper. They will stick to paper, any attempt to remove will bend card. Place on flat surface and a heavy flat item on them and let them cool before removing from paper. They will no longer be smooth feeling. Can probably be smoothed out with some alcohol but the colors come out nice. Will be ordering more.

Loved these. My husband used my i.d badge holder as a template and cut a notch in them. I now have a place to record vitals quickly on patients with a wet erase marker I’m in and out in a dash. Great quality. I feel these are more than worth the money spent. Thick and durable and they literally take a beating with be used over and over again with nothing but a rinse under the faucet and quick dry with paper towel.
