Good and bad quality.
Materials are soft and strong. However, the stitches are not strong enough, which makes the overall quality low. I bought two of these and the picture attached shows one of them at the very first use (I took the pictures in the plane, after 1-2 hours of use).

Not comfortable, no compression.
The memory foam feels like foam that has dried out. It is so hard; I had to squeeze really hard with my hands to make an impression.
