On the face of it, assembling this little house should be simples. Screw together half a dozen panels with the screws provided, following the clear instructions. But wait.The first thing that I noticed when I had everything unpacked was four small white loose polythene plugs, which seemed to have come out of the baseboard. I looked on the instructions, and the polythene plugs were not mentioned. Then I saw that other panels had similar plugs, but snugly fixed, not loose. The blunt-end screws have to be forced into a small hole in the polythene plugs. Quite hard when the plugs are firmly fixed, but the loose plugs did not align properly. I had to replace some of the screws provided with regular pointed screws I fortunately had in my toolbox. Total assembly time - 90 minutesParents - allow a quiet evening when the kids are asleep, to assemble this product before the big day.Grandparents - if you are not willing to assemble this product yourself, don't even think about just wrapping up the box.

This is beautiful. Well made, sturdy, can paint it whatever colour you want and as there is no shiny coating you can repaint it as many times as you need (or when your child changes their favourite colour)Had a very tiny bit of trouble lining one of the screws up with the plastic plug but other than that it went together perfectly.It's a perfect size so doesn't take up too much room but the child can still play with it however they want.The furniture accessories are well made too.We liked this so much we went back and bought the farm they made too.

After reading the reviews on this house about assembly being difficult, I thought let's take a chance. Literally, it's as easy as putting an ikea shelf house together! Took me all of 5 mins!It's such a great sturdy little house with a great finish. Slim line too and a good weight for it to be moved around easily. Very impressed and I would 100% recommend!🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Care needs taking when assembling the pieces. Diagrams provided but they need more information! However successful in the end.

This product is ok for the price but upon installation a few of the screws provided were worn already so could not be used for installation (thankfully I had some similar screws) and the holes for the roof panels would not line up at all so had to drill my own holes to make everything line up correctly

We had a few issues with the one we ordered but the company were brilliant in sorting it out . They are Well worth dealing with .

Lovely doll house. My daughter is very happy with it. A nightmare to assemble. Took me almost 40 minutes.

Beautiful dolls house. Children love it. Very happy with it
