Fun for the kitties but a bit flimsy!
I really like the concept of building a cat tower to your liking but it is a bit flimsy! The cats love it overall but also destroy it every other day. I am getting tired of putting it back together and having a hard time deciding to build it up so its stronger with the other parts supporting it or to just give up! The price is the only thing holding me back! If the add ons were a bit more reasonably priced I would say there was no other option! On the bright side, I bought it because I travel and often move with my cats a couple times a year. It is very easy to take apart and box back up to travel with.

The top material is very thin, and sags quite a bit under my 10lb cat. It has stretched out, and now has a bowl type shape. I am thinking of reinforcing the top perch area with duct tape, It is covered with a blanket anyways.

Cool in theory...
My cat may as well had just laughed at me. She didn't even so much as play with the hanging toys. The closest she got to the scratching post was nosing the whole thing out of the way so she could scratch my couch. I'm sure this could be an isolated thing to the cat I had, but mine just didn't care for it. She never seemed comfortable when I would set her on the different levels and wouldn't enter the bottom section at all. I guess I'd say investigate whether your cat likes these types of things before purchasing it.

Cats love it, but not stable in the least bit
I purchased the Tower and, while my cats loved it, within 24 hours it was reduced to a pile of plastic bars and fabric on my living room floor. A few weeks later, we bought one of the advertised "add-on Kitty City" pieces to expand the Tower, in hopes that it would improve the stability, but it didn't. I've tried like 4 creative combinations of the two structure, but now the demolishing of my creative masterpieces commences in a few hours. I'm considering using a hot glue gun or some type of adhesive to hold the bars together. So, unless you don't mind reassembling every few hours, or sticking to your favorite structure idea and gluing everything together like I'm going to, maybe you should look for something more stable. My cats do love the jingly balls that come with it, though. They ripped it from the fabric, and from the attached bar, and chase it around the house.Great buy, my cats sleep and hang out inside/on it when it stays intact. Which is not very often.

Two Paws Up
Both our cats enjoy all 3 levels of this kitty tower. We have an early Kitty City cube that closely resembles the bottom half of this tower and has survived 2 years of hard play from our very active young cat. Got this tower so we could have one for our older kitty to hang out in. Easy to put together, easy to move around. Only negative is it's prone to tipping if a cat doesn't hit the top tier dead center. Otherwise happy with it.

Not worth it.
I love the concept. It is not very stable and wobbles when any of my cats jump on it. Also the fabric has already started to rip and we've had it less than 2 months. The cars do live it.
