Excellent, reminds me of the Italian hot oil I first tried 30 years ago......

Use on everything! Italian subs, splash in vinegar and oil dressings, drizzle on pizza, browning hamburger. Favorite, keep sauces pure and tomatoey, "season the pasta" with this chili oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and a lil butter.

This oil is very spice, only need to use a little amount each time.

I really wanted to use this oil as a prank on someone, but it has no spice to it as I was wanting. For cooking purposes its actually amazing. It just does something to food I can't quite describe. I messed around trying it with steak and then eggs and omg it has such a flavor kind of like a light smokey taste but not exactly, thats the closest way of describing it. I think for cooking purposes this will now be my go to oil.

This is a really good medium sort of finishing oil. I add it to soups, stews, any other olive oil use, such as with bread or over hummus or cheese, when you want to add a little kick.

It's ok. Not as spicy as some other brands.

I am enjoying this chili infused olive oil. Gives a little kick to my meals.
