It is not as big as it looks in the photo. It doesn't even go around my nose because it's so narrow. The scent isn't very pleasant, either. I love aromatherapy but the scent is not herbs. The only good thing about it is the weight is good for my eyes if I have a tension headache. For the price I paid I should have sent it back.

I would love it but I didn’t realize this one had a scent which I really don’t like. But everything else I love about it. It fits completely in the face where I need it to go

I ended up getting the Big-C "Covid-19" and the virus left my sinus cavities unbearable painful. Eyes, ears, nasal bridge and all of my face was swollen with what felt like liquid, but in actuality was bad sinus pressure due to the virus. I ordered this to help relive the pain and it helped me a lot.

Broke open and inner material went everywhere on first attempt.

My only issue with this is the size of it is a lot smaller than what the picture shows. It goes barely below the eyes and doesn't cover the cheek area the way the picture shows. Other than that it works great!
