However, I noticed my skin showed a slight improvement in concealing certain blemishes and skin discoloration during the four weeks of trial. The affects may vary on skin types.Length of Time for use per bar: Lasts about 4-6 weeks depending on how often you shower per day. Trial was conducted with 1-2 showers daily.Cons: Not recommended for younger children since if you accidently get it in your eyes it burns. It does not smell after shower. It can leave dark residue in your bath, however, if you leave the soap in a removable container when it is wet, the dark residue is easy to remove under running water.Product final thoughts: This is a great winter or dry climate soap for sensitive skins types. Where most soap will dehydrate your skin especially in warmer water, this soap has just enough moisturizing power to break even. It may help reduce the intensity of “flash itches” caused by drastic changes in temperate on the skin. It is recommended that you continue your after shower moisturizer routine for better results. The soap has a warm earthy scent to it and provides a smooth shaving surface. I keep a boxed unused bar at my desk for its calming scent it even helped calm a stressed out colleague once. It is a very practical soap that can be used for shaving and does not melt easily with warm water like some popular organic and homemade soap.My skin is allergic to many organic and hypoallergenic soap so I am happy to have found this soap.
