EMER 330 LBS, Lumbar Support,Pro Deluxe Inversion Therapy Table for Fitness and Exercise

I bought this model because the structure looked more stable than the folding models, & I am very pleased with the sturdiness of the table. However, the mesh back is hard & cold, & I wish I had bought a table with some padding. The back plate is comfortable until inverted, but I slide down when inverted so my lover back hits a point where the back plate is very uncomfortable. I am going to try a belt to hold me up to the comfortable point on the plate. I would be happy to buy a washable/removable pad that could be added after the original installation.

Item arrived in a heavy packed box. it took me about a good 90 minutes to assembled this unit. The instruction included is easy to followed. all of the parts are well made by manufacturer. The unit could be hard to handle at first so please make sure someone is spot you while you were on the unit. I use this weekly to help my back pain and relieve pressure from my back. Overall, I would say this was a great unit.

Item is great and does what it’s supposed to do. I gave it four stars because it’s kind a hard on my ankles other than that it’s a good buy.

Some pieces don't align properly and screws don't fit. Lots of assembly required but the hardware is nicely packages.

The media could not be loaded.    This is a lightweight inversion table that you need to assemble with the enclosed tools. I had never used one prior to this so I wasn't sure how it would work but it's great! It was easy to put together and I was able to use it right away, by myself. There is the ability to adjust as to height and I felt safe using it. Good product.

Warning! This is a poorly manufactured inversion table. I had to buy two extra part at the hardware store. I am so disappointed. It is impossible to adjust the height (it seems like the rod is stuck somehow). The instruction manual has tiny pictures and it is difficult to see what the instructions means (when you try to look at the pictures). Also, the table does not feel sturdy. I guess you get what you pay. Now I have to take the table apart and send it back.

The media could not be loaded.  I am in awe by the ease of use this thing offers. It is easy to invert yourself and even easier to get yourself upright again. I use it every morning and every night that I am in town to elongate my spine and ease my back troubles. This is a must buy for anyone looking to ease any kind of back pain.

Strap is fabric, and for strength it should be chains that can be manipulated for varying lengths. I was 180* inverted many times by accident on this table, and I did not exceed the stated weight limit.
