Recommended by an orthopedic foot and ankle specialist for foot pain. I have been using these pads for about two weeks and the pain and discomfort are much less. The price on Amazon was cheaper than what I paid from the doctor’s office . So far, I am very happy with this product .

Work well less foot pain

The product was to thick for my shoes. So I’m unable to use them. Didn’t realize no return policy. 🥺

Great idea! Definitely helps with walking for long periods of time. Great when hiking and prior to having surgery.

I was advised to use these by my orthopedic physician, and even directed by him to the HAPAD website. In the description, it clearly states that you can change these from one pair of shoes to another-----well, not even for a minute!I added these to my inserts--in the correct position, with left pad being on left shoe, and immediately felt pain. Trying to walk from my door to my car was enough to cause me to immediately take these out. I then tried them on a different pair of shoes, and sure enough, although I'd only have them on for 4-6 minutes, they wouldn't stick to the shoe. Now I see that I can't return them.......I'd checked all the reviews, and felt confident these were a solution. Not only are they not a solution for my foot problem, which has even my doctor scratching his head, given my X-rays, but they are completely useless! I don't like to waste money----and $25 for three sets of cotton pads that don't provide the support they're supposed to nor adhere to the shoes is wasting money.
