Good tasting and good for beginning fondant users.
It was definitely sugary, but tastes great. It rolled and cut fairly easily. I am a novice cake decorator. I used it for lettering on a retirement cake and it worked well. Clean up quickly though, because it's a pain if it dries up on the mat.
