From my blog, Beauty Beyond the Scale:The lip balm itself has an oily consistency but it’s really moisturizing. It has no flavor, thank goodness, as I hate flavored balms. The scent I got, “Sweet Tart,” smells amazing. The balm has a good lasting power. You won’t feel like it needs to be applied every five minutes like some balms do.Overall, I recommend this product if you’re a lip balm junkie like me. You’ll be amused by its shape & packaging & you’ll love the scent.

got this because it looked great for taking places in your pocket without being bulky, but I just got mine and it smells terrible like plastic and tastes just like it smells

I like this product because I have a medical condition where the corners of my mouth crack from time to time (cheilosis or angular cheilitis). Mwah and Burts Bees are the only lip balms I have found that help with my medical issues with lips that crack at the corners of my mouth. Cheaper brands that aren't natural in their use of ingredients don't help at all with my issues. I do have to apply this product frequently during the day for about 3 or 4 days for the problem to go away. I wanted to post this review because of all the negative reviews on it when it has in fact helped me and I feel potentially can help other people with cheilosis. I too agree that the fragrance on this lip balm isn't that great but cheaper brands that have a better fragrance don't help with the fact that the corners of my mouth crack from time to time and are painful. I do purchase lip balms for preventing chapped lips and really not a fragrance. I'm hoping that this review will help other people who have problems with the corners of their mouth that crack from time to time. This product does help review the painful condition at least for me.

Awful, smells bad, looks bad, and is greasy on lips. It reeks and tastes like sh**

I'm alittle upset at the bad reviews on this product. Like how people are saying its greasy, its supposed to.It's a product with an emollient which means its not supposed to absorb well its upposed to sit on your lips like a barrier and keep the moisture .With this product its kind of does both. if your lips are dry even after useing any kind of chapstick i suggest drinking water best way to hydrate chaped lips it's supposed to help not cure. anyway looooooooooove it helps keeps my lips nice heres a link to some healthy ways to take care of your lips with the help of a great product like this.
