There are 5 layers of tulle so it's really good value from that aspect
I ordered medium but what arrived was a 23 inch waist. I wanted it for underneath a Victorian dress instead of a wire cage, I shall use it folded at the back as the bustle instead and buy another elsewhere for underneath. There are 5 layers of tulle so it's really good value from that aspect. There is one full length satin layer and one that is about 15 inches. I would have been very pleased had it fitted so my advice is don't leave it late ordering if you want one for a specific date as I think they come from China and you need to allow time for getting an alternative if it's the wrong size.
