The ASSASSIN is a great bag for people on the go. It has a low profile to be comfortable while on foot, bike, or motorcycle; the stabilization strap keeps the bag in place so it will not fall off your shoulder while leaning over, or move about while you travel. The DDT ASSASSIN has high quality locking zippers, a removable hook and loop holster, easy carry handles on the top and bottom of the bag, mole webbing for attachments, a back panel with a hidden hydration pocket that will hold a 2 Liter bladder, and is perfect to hide valuables while traveling. The ASSASSIN is constructed from a high quality 1000 denier nylon with a polyurethane water-resistant coating. DDT is a veteran owned and operated company who stands behind all our product with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

You get what you paid for - in a Good way.
I looked at the bags from Maxpedition, Vanquest, and Hazard 4, and decided to go with the DDT bag. I like that it has features that I found in the more expensive bags, but at a very reasonable price covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The features that I liked are the contrasting color within the insides and the two partial (not fully lined) built-in loop-lined inner compartments. The cost savings come from using less expensive zippers and not fully covering the loop lined areas. The fabric feels great yet very strong and the workmanship seems well executed on the stitching and buckles. I ended up ordering the Vanquest Zipper pulls, FATPack 7x10 (Gen-2) First Aid Trauma Pack, along and 5" MOLLE Sticks to enhance the look and overall quality of the bag. It's like buying a budget suit, but going high end on the tie and shoes. On a negative note I have to take away one star because the Velcro style holster that came with the bag had the pull tab facing the wrong direction and it was flimsy. I ordered the Condor Universal Holster which is much better made.

I’d love a slightly larger version
The title mention is the reason I’ve taken a star off but this bag is amazing. I had the Outlaw 2 bag from 3V gear which has the same frame but is a few inches larger in all dimensions and pockets. It’s only slight on paper but having gotten use to those dimensions the Assassin here gets cramped when loaded with my edc gear.Notice that I said I HAD the Outlaw 2 though, I gave it away shortly after buying this one. Size is the only plus the Outlaw has going aside from the elastic water bottle pocket (though the pull string of the assassin’s bottle pocket maybe be better based on personal preference), the Assassin is made of much more durable materials with many more options for organization (separate pockets in the main compartment are a huge plus) and the high contrast red in the lining makes the inside of the bag easier to see. I did take the strap on the outside of the bag off because I didn’t like that it got in the way of zippers for the bag’s pockets but I don’t see that as a negative as much as it is an additional option for people that have use for it.Anyway great bag and it’ll be my favorite until the put out a 3.0 with larger dimensions. (Fingers crossed)

So glad this bag came early today!
Haven’t packed it yet but the quality looks as good or better than most high dollar brands. I love the red color contrast in the pockets to see items better. I like the outside gun metal color but it kinda has a green tinge to it. Gonna start setting it up tonight!

Quality
Good quality. Thick and durable at all points. Zippers are lockable. The only negative for some might be that, the strap cannot be moved to the opposite side. Well worth the money.

Small defects
Love the bag however the snap on the front was broken. Definitely would not expect anything broken after spending $60 on a bag.
