I paid 169 dollars for this premium pack. It did not come in the original package and seemed to be a burned disc. When I tried to install it , it said that the license was expired. I had to return it.

Nice customer service, I will come back again
I ordered this item for my wife who is a physician for research activities. What I liked the most about this seller is, they were prompt in answering questions, shipping the item and ensuring that I got it. They also reached out to me to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. So 5/5 for service. But I have one suggestion, when it comes to printing the license key, the one on cd cover could have been printed better, not that it is not readable but I could have been better. Overall 5/5

Poor Customer Service.
Bought this for PC and switched to a Mac mid-semester. When I called IBM to try to get a digital download of SPSS to use my second access code with, I was given the run around and basically had to buy an access code again. Not impressed with IBM at all, you would think their customer service would be better for the price you pay for this software.I gave 3 Stars because I love SPSS more than some other Stats packages.

Worked well, the price was great
No issues with this software. About 2 weeks later I got an email requesting my student info, I provided it and have not heard anything since, so all seems well. The new version 24 did not work for me on my computers so I went with this V23 and it works great.

Discs seem faulty !
I paid extra to have the newest version of SPSS and the product is faulty. I've had problems with this version since I bought it. The disc doesn't install properly, then it doesn't open at all. Once I finally got it to open, now the Chart Builder and the Correlate options don't even work- they appear and disappear.It also came in unfamiliar packaging, one I haven't seen before. I emailed the company supplying this product but they haven't gotten back to me. SPSS is a great system but I don't know why this is giving me such a hard time.

Works for me- with all needed supplements!
I am taking a graduate statistics course and have been able to use this software to complete my coursework thus far. I expect it to prove invaluable as I continue my doctoral program and related educational research.

better option is to purchase software from IBM directly
The product does not provide the license authorization codes. In order to receive the code have to email IBM, better option is to purchase software from IBM directly.
