Shinwa Rules Stud Finder Smart 35mm With Magnet (78592)

We live in a house built with steel reinforced Insulated Concrete Forms so we can have the peace of mind of being in a tornado proof structure. However, the 8" on center vertical abs plastic strips that drywall is mounted to are not easily picked up by traditional scan type stud finders.This tool however, allows you to poke around with a thin needle through the drywall without leaving visible holes until you find where the plastic backing is.

Brilliant. Works like a charm. Had to do a project rehanging some ballet barres in a dance studio. Problem was, the walls had steel studs. Previous work used sheet metal screws and some studs and anchors begind drywall. Both were coming out. I found a toggle anchor I could get to open up inside the stud, if I hit the stud center, predrilling. This product helped me confirm the exact location of the studs once I found them with a radar finder. In a project with little room for error, this thing worked like a charm.

I order a few of these every year. The first time I took one apart at a project mixed up the pieces and it all went to hell. These work great. A couple things you need to watch out for is typically in the middle of drywall where two different sheets are joined that area is a bit stiff so you'll end up bending the PIN. These do work extremely well to quickly identify a true stud in the wall in addition to the width the holes are so small that you don't notice them.

Works as described. One drawback - instructions only in English.Studs in my house are irregular so this tool literally pinpoints their edges.

Awesome! This would have saved me so much time on previous projects. Move the head around and powerful magnet sticks to stud nails letting you know a stud is present.

Works exactly as advertised and described! I just finished hanging a poster frame and this little guy helped out quite a bit - it's very nice to be able to correctly and accurately mark the edges of a stud, because you can't bank on the home builder having screwed the studs dead center every time, so the magnet studfinders can only give you a piece of the puzzle.

This is my second purchase of this tool. It is simple and very effective at locating studs. It did take some time to get. I do wish the tool was carried locally.

針だけでなく、マグネットがついていて、とても便利です。まずは、石膏ボードを止めているねじをマグネットで探し、最後の確認用で、針を使います。やたらめったら、針は使いたくないので、マグネットのおかげで、針の使用を最小限に止められます。

どうしても固定させたいけど柱か空洞かわからないそういう素人での判断になります。こちらを壁に刺すと　小さい針が押し出される仕組みで石膏ボードだと　白いものがついてくる空洞だと　勿論スカスカなので　何も感じない柱があると　もう一目瞭然。木ネジをネジで刺す感じといいますか硬いです。硬いところに当たれば　柱があるのでこれで固定できるという仕組みになりますただ注意しないといけないのはとりあえずブスブス刺すのだけは注意です確かに壁紙はわかりづらいですが・・・近くでみるとわかります（笑）それだけ簡単に壁紙は貫通しますのでそこは気をつけてくださいそれと漆喰みたいな真っ白な壁紙ももしかしたらわかるかも？模様がはいっているような白の壁紙の方がまだプスプス刺しても大丈夫ですが限度にお気をつけください

壁に棚を作ったり、室内物干しを天井に取り付けたりする時に、柱や野縁を見つけるのに使用しています。間違った場所にビス穴を極力空けたくないので。主に下地（間柱）センサーと併用して使っていますが、下地センサーで、ある程度の柱の位置を確認後、このどこ太で柱の中心辺りをプスッと刺し最終確認しています。最終確認の意味は、ビス探しです。柱の位置を確認するのはもちろんですが、特に活躍したのが、壁紙の下にあるビスやクギの発見です。ビスを打ち込もうとした場所の下に石膏ボードを止めるビスが入っていると、まずビス打ちが出来ないので、このどこ太の先端に付いているマグネットが『カチッ』と反応して、その場所にビスや金属が入っている事を教えてくれます。これは嬉しい仕様です。大変重宝しています。活躍する機会がしょっちゅうあるわけではありませんが、持っているとかなり安心感はあります。

2017年6月と7月に『 シンワ測定 下地探し どこ太 Smart マグネット付 35mm 78592 』を約940円で購入しました。「我が家」の「壁」は、「いろいろな種類（木、石膏ボード、ケイカル板、ケイカル板＋合板、下地が軽量鉄骨）」があるようで、「この製品」を使用しても、1回では「判断に困る」ときがあり、再度、押すことがありますが、強く押しすぎて「針」を「曲げてしまう」ことが多いです。「針」が「曲がる」だけなら、「交換」するだけなので、まだ良いですが、「針」を「固定」する「樹脂」部分まで壊れてしまい、「初代」はすぐに使用できなくなりました。「2代目」は「注意」して使用していますが、壊れるのが心配なので、思い切り使用することができません。「センサータイプ」の「 下地センサー 」と「併用」しています。「先端」に「マグネット」が付いているので、壊れた「初代」は、「耐震金具」や「フック」等を「壁」に取り付ける際の、「石膏ボード」の「ビス検知専用ツール」として使用しています。 シンワ測定 下地探し どこ太 Smart マグネット付 35mm 78592下地センサー
