It’s natural and it works to help me fall asleep.

I travel -- often (100,00 air miles per year). This lovely liquid melatonin spray helps my body to adjust to changes in time zones and relax in new hotels. I have two things that I LOVE about this product: 1) I can easily control the dosage, 1 spray to 3 sprays. I don't always need 3 sprays, this gives me flexibility. 2) The product says you must have 5 hours for rest to use. This is much shorter than the 8 hours of the other melatonin products that I've tried. I keep one spray in my travel bag and one spray in my nightstand.

Absolutely glad to have found this product! It has helped me get to sleep each time used. The taste is quite good.

I love this spray. It works very well, however, when I received the spray it had leaked all over the bottle and the bubble wrap it came in. This stuff is not cheap and I lost product.

I've been using this for several months now and it works very well. I've tried many melatonin brands over the past 10+ years. I've had chronic insomnia for 20 years (since age 11); the theory is that I have something called Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, which is basically a permanent jet lag.My new sleep doctor told me to try taking 1mg of melatonin early in the evening, several hours before I intend to sleep. So I took it at 6pm for 2 weeks, which made me surprisingly drowsy all evening, forcing me to wind-down. He also explained some scientific basis for taking it so early (something about shifting the timing of my deep sleep, which is what made it nearly impossible for me to wake up at a reasonable hour). With his guidance, I gradually shifted my dosage towards later in the evening, and now I only have to take it a few times a week at around 9:30pm. I now sleep consistently before midnight and wake up consistently before 9am! (Seems like a miracle!)1mg of melatonin is exactly one spray of this bottle (suggested by the bottle instructions is 3 sprays). Tablets usually come in 3-5mg so you'd have to break it apart if you want 1mg. My doctor says 1mg is all you need because the body naturally produces less than 1mg to induce sleep. Who knows what a melatonin overdose does to us, but it's definitely unnecessary (for me, it seemed to cause nightmares in the past).As clearly stated on the bottle, this spray is SPEARMINT flavoured (like most mint-flavoured medicine), not peppermint flavoured. I happen to hate spearmint :-( But I appreciate the natural ingredients. It is a nice, fine mist spray, as opposed to all the Jamieson-brand sprays which are thicker and shoot more like a stream, and taste very artificial.I hope I'm not the only person who buys this brand of melatonin because I'd like them to stay in business!

This works great for me. I use 3-4 sprays nightly, the taste is pleasant. Genestra products never seem to disappoint.

I used this while travelling and it was so perfect. It comes in a sturdy glass bottle and is easy to pack. I've used a few versions of melatonin spray in the past and this one is by far the best! It has very little taste, the mist like spray ensures a consistent dose and is easy to administer.Perfect for getting to sleep after a long hard day, on a plane, or if you have issues sleeping in new surroundings. It really helps you get to sleep and stay asleep, BUT doesn't make you groggy the next day.10/10 - will buy again!
