DLT Men's Genuine Imported Leather with Rubber Sole Goodyear Welted Oxford Dress Shoes

First: at $129.00, these boots are an excellent aesthetic and practical value. They fit a bit large, and I could have benefitted from a US 12.5, but they don't offer it. I probably could have gone a full size smaller than my normal 13D, due to the generous width and toe room, but foam insoles fixed it up just fine. No complaints here.When they say "hand painted" they mean it. I guess they paint them to save time on finishing. I stripped the colored surface finish off with acetone, and got down to the real leather. Paint hides blemishes, but I found none. It is not top-shelf leather, but I did not expect it to be. The leather seemed a bit dry, so I applied some leather balm, then some Safir Renovateur. This was brushed off to a polish after a 30 minute wait. I then commenced with Kelly Cognac shoe cream and polished them with the new color. They took this slightly darker color nicely. Several separate applications of Renaissance clear wax were applied, and now the leather is nice and supple with a mirror shine just like a $500 pair of boots. The glove leather lining in these boots is delightful. I would rather have had leather outsole, but the dainite sole is fine, and likely far more durable.It took about a week to break them in. They now fit like a glove. My feet are cocooned inside them.I would by them again, and likely will. When I do, I will likely buy a size smaller than my normal 13.They are comparable to my Trickers; not as nice, but not nearly so expensive. Four pair of these boots are less than my Trickers.I will use them as work boots.I am very pleased, especially since I took the time to put a good finish and shine on them.The photo is post re-finish and break-in.

I ordered the Tan version of these shoe's with the black ones but I got the tans first. The quality, fit and finish and feel are great but when I got the ones in black the shoe wasn't nearly as nice. The leather if one can call it that was more like plastic and the shoe was uncomfortable and even if I didn't get the tan ones first I'd have still done just what I did with the black ones and send em back.

Received my boots and I love them. They fit as good as they look! I purchased the shoes the same color first then I was scrolling through looking for a sexy boot in this color and PAM! These popped up so I purchased them immediately. Great craftsmanship with true good year weld on both pair. Beautiful hand crafted leather wingtips.

Authentic leather. Really liked it, but the size was a little bit large.Overall the shoes is perfect!

Great quality material. I am having a popping feeling in my right shoe and the tongue of my right shoe slips down creating a bulge at the bend of shoe. No problems with left shoe. No contact information for company.
