I purchased this product in April of 2020. At first it worked with no issue and it fit my home's decor. After a couple of weeks, the I started to have trouble getting the pot to heat water. I would have to adjust the pot on the base to get the indicator light to come on. This happened frequently.

It had the cutest color changing flowers and I really enjoyed it. The price was right too. Such a shame. Will return.

This thing is a piece of garbage. It got rusty inside and it stinks. Unfortunately I threw away the box and now I can’t ship it back.

We love the kettle, it fits our kitchen beautifully, very quiet, has light, easy to wash.

My FIRST kettle only worked 3 times. When my SECOND kettle arrived, it didn’t work at all, unless I hit the power button with my fist. Then it worked 4 times. Beautiful kettle, but Amazon shouldn’t be selling this at all. I’m beyond disappointed.

The kettle is beautiful but it does not work. The lights will not turn on to start the boiling process
