It has been more than a week now, and I love every single piece of it.1. it is QUIET. I do not feel any unconformable noise when I use it,2. BATTERY still works. I charged it on the first day when I received it, and do not have a chance to charge it again - our family uses the pump more than 50 x per day.3. We only use 5 G bottle that sold at Walmart - and pump works perfectly with it.

This product turns on by itself when nobody is around , it dumps out all the water in the bottle , flood the whole kitchen floor and wasted the $10 worth of delivered water.Thus must be a design issue ..... hope the company will recall the product and have the design bug be corrected . I’m an electrical engineer , understand the complexity of the design ...

This is such a great, inexpensive alternative to a bulky traditional dispenser. I love ease of use and long battery life. It’s completely portable too! Only reason it didn’t get all 5 stars from me is that it is much louder than I thought as it was advertised “low noise”. A minor setback but does not impede the function whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this product.
