Worth the price, go for it
I bought this on Prime Day Launch offer at Rs. 9999. Other RO+UV models are mostly Rs. 12K+.Product Pros:1. Design of the product is classic yet has modern look and feel2. Water Storage tank capacity is good enough as I wanted3. There are indicators for Power On, Purifying, Tank Full - useful in daily usage4. It makes beep alerts when it detects fault in UV filter as written in manual5. MTDS for manuall control6. Has the push to open tap (useful when you use glass or bottle directly), it can be pulled up as well to allow continuous flow of water.6. Can be mounted on wall or kept on table, so don't need any external stand7. Good taste of water after purification, although in our area water quality is quiet good than other areas.8. It takes around 10 to 15 min to fill up entire tank.9. Installation is easy. You can do it on your own if you have right tools. Eureka Forbes provides free installation. However you might have to follow up with the technician for the exact time of their arrival as they are pretty busy as they said. The customer care contacts you frequently throughout the process. Technician was good and softspoken with good attitude, he informed us necessary details well.Cons:1. One major design flaw I think is the power adapter. The power adapter is big and needs to be fitted externally with in-box adapter stand, so you need extra drills on tiles of kitchen wall. Eureka Forbes should include the bulky power adapter in the back of machine itself. So just power cord with plug should remain outside.2. The external sediment filter should come in-box, instead of extra accessory to buy. I had one external sediment filter from my previous water purifier so I am using it. Didn't buy from the technician, he was saying its price as Rs. 950 approx. which seemed too costly. I would suggest to use it as it would filter out dirt and particles outside of the machine and will cause less harm to internal filters of machine.Overall I am satisfied with the product and its quality. Hope this review helps.

Overall Good product but subject to conditions
I rarely post review but I think this review might help you with your decision if you want to buy this purifier or not.The Purifier works fine. However it seems its better suited to places where there is no water pressure and water supply issue.I will provide review on basic things which make a purifier good.i) Installation - Was done by AG guy and seems not too troublesome. Will see if it changes in case I move.ii) Storage Capacity - It seems just enough, but for a family 2-3 people, in summers, this capacity is not enough.iv) Servicing - My purifier once stopped working on Sunday morning so called AG guy and I had to wait for another day for the visit as Sunday was off day. It eventually started working before the visit, so the visit didn't add anything. [UPDATE ON SERVICING]: I think the servicing day issue was due to COVID pandemic, and I have been told they will be available to service the purifier on both days of weekend as well. So that should put your mind at ease about servicing.Last and most important:v) Purifying mechanism - Its a little cumbersome and takes time to know how this thing works. so know this, it works best if water enters in full flow to purifier inlet. The LED 2nd from top which says "Purifying" flickers at a frequency depending on pressure. If there is very low pressure, the LED will beep at every 6-8 seconds and might even not been at all. If its medium pressure, it will beep at every 2-3 seconds. And if pressure is good/high, it will do continuous beep without flicker. Here are some issues or hints (depends) to help you know the working of this purifier.i) Problem 1 - There is no way to make it purify faster if flow pressure is low.ii) Problem 2 - Once pressure is too low the purifier will stop purifying, but once pressure comes back, many a times it won't resume purifying. so you have to switch it off and keep it off till power LED goes off and turn it on again.iii) Problem 3 - with low pressure once purifier stops working, most of the times it needs you to open the tap (and wait till water comes with full force and leave it like that for about 5 seconds and then close the tap) to help it with maintaining minimum necessary water pressure. All above problems occur if your Purifier inlet is set directly on water supply line which will have varying pressure through out the day depending when your home gets water. But if you have a storage before this purifier to feed water to it and that is at sufficient height or have a way to push water with sufficient pressure, you will not face any of the above listed problems.Once you know above three problems and way to workaround them wherever you can, it looks to be a decent purifier. and Generally with every purifier, it takes a little time (couple of weeks) to understand how it works or doesn't work.Hope this review helps.

Value for money 💰
The ordering process, Installation and service was hassle free . Eureka Forbes contacted me directly within hours of the filter delivery, Came home, fixed it in minutes and left. The filter is working good, water tasted very nice, product quality is very good, no leaks and no damaged product received. The technician also educated me about the filter and it's operational stuff, filter change interval etc. Also an executive from Eureka called back in 2 days asking if the installation was done properly and if I have any issues regarding it.Truth be told I was skeptical about buying a filter online as I was not sure how the installation would go, however to my surprise it was great. Offline market was charging me 1-2k more for a similar product of the same/ different brands, I was kinda disappointed by the offline market.
