High quality sound and very light feeling in ear. Price is much less but comparable to high end product like Samsung that I used. Dr.Bhowmick.

Worst customer support. My left earbuds stopped working. I tried to contact them but no reply. My earbuds was under warranty.

sound is good but the product quality is not good my one earbud has stopped working from the 1st day of the use I have charged it several times but one is not working Amazon India executive called regarding how is it working the told the issue they said they will call back but still waiting for the call. I do not recommend this product as its guarantee if it works for a long time mine one stopped working after day one only

1) Product received has some scratches on it. Looked like used or returned. (Not a big deal)2) Mic not good the person at the receiving end was not able to hear me properly.3) The product I received is defective. The case battery was dead. Not able to charge the earbuds to100%.Case went from 100% to 0 on a single charge (both earbuds) and the earbuds was at 80% when checked.4) Battery backup is good lasts up to 4 hours but the earbuds turns of at 40% of charge.Returning the product due to the case battery issues. But overall good product for listing to music at this price range.

Got opened box and used product with visible wear and tear marks! Had to return it.Mic is disappointing. Other party on the call complained of muffled sound, tried all ways to make it work.Button on the pod are hard to push when in ear, but I could have lived with that given this price point.Value for money if to be used for music. Cheapest. Light weight. Very small.

The product is of good quality . The noise his loud and clear.Only problem i found was the fitting of the product in the ear. The products sits loose in the ears and would fall down whenever there movement of head.Please look into it

Sound is ok but most of the time both the earpieces gets auto disconnect and reconnect.
