I bought this laptop stand as my laptop gets really hot when I'm using it. This opens out & then you rest your laptop on it. There are big open gaps in the base so there's great air circulation to my laptop & it does stop it getting really hot. I've marked it 4* instead of 5* because I find it really stiff to open. I've had to get my Husband to help. I'm hoping it'll ease up eventually but the benefit is that once it's set up on my desk I don't really need to move it. It folds flat if you do want to store it. I find it's help my seating position too. I can adjust this so that my laptop is at a better angle for typing so my neck & shoulders are not hunched 🙂 Many uses for such a simple device!

I am totally impressed by this stand - it is exactly what I wanted to prevent me straining my neck whilst using my laptop and iPad for long periods of time - it holds the laptop/iPad at the angle that best suits you. This is a well produced piece of kit and it travels everywhere with me when I'm on research trips. I wholeheartedly recommend purchase.

Good product, nice to use and sturdy

Well made, looks good (especially with a MacBook), does the job. Could have been made by Apple! Need I say more? I bought a 2nd one too!

This is a stylish, easy to use lightweight yet sturdy stand. It folds down flat to a thin profile, making it easy to take around with you, although I have it permanently on my desk.All in all an excellent product.

Well made stand, sturdy, laptop stays secure, and folds away tidily when not in use.
