I have 2 kids , one being a toddler and when I bought this dining table I knew I was going to need to protect my chairs. I just put the covers on and so far I do think the coverage is great and the plastic does cover the entire seat. I’m very happy I found these covers and I feel confident that the fabric will be protected. Great product.

Wonderful product! They fit perfectly on my chairs. I have to retighten the straps every now and then because I have wiggly kids but they work great. The material is nice and thick so it won’t rip or tear easily.

I bought this one and the other "larger size one" that they sell here on Amazon. Honestly, the smaller one fit my chairs much better. My chairs measure 19" in the front, 16" in the back, and 18" wide. These smaller chair protectors are actually 20 x 20, and you can strap them pretty snugly around the chair.If you have pets that want to shred chairs or typical clumsy kids at dinner, these are a great purchase. The plastic is thick, didn't smell too bad when first opened, and don't move when put on. They're your typical thick PVC plastic. Think what raincoats are made of. No seams on the top at all, so it's 100% spillproof.

At first it feels rather odd to have the extra layer to sit on, however you get used to it rather quick. And I know I’m knit picking when I say this but if you previously sat on the cloth of the chair, when you sit on this your bums will feel like your sitting on ice. However I’ve learned that if you sit and shimmy it warms up pretty fast. As for the fit of the cover it’s not perfect, but most definitely livable. As for the protection it offers the chair, I can’t see anything possibly getting through it to damage the actually upholstery. The only thing that I can see damaging the cover is a sharp object. I purchased these because we got new chairs and I did not want the cats to destroy the seat covers like they did our previous ones. So far so good - they have avoided them completely! No scratching, no sitting on them! And even though the size of the cushion area is much deeper than our chair seats, I just folded the back tab under and they fit fine.

Pleased with quality, and weight/sturdiness of vinyl. They fit nicely and are easy to remove when not in use. Purchased these covers to use on kitchen chair cushions when our 4-year old grandson visits. I was constantly removing cushions and having to wash due to soil caused by those cute, sticky, dirty hands. Now all I have to do is wipe these vinyl covers clean. Wish I had purchased them long ago and would definitely recommend to a friend.
