No sound quality loss. Earphone remote works.
It is an 'updated' rating from the previous one which was for a defective unit I had received.I was approached by the seller and they sent me a new unit after seeing my bad review on amzone.So additional star for replacing and sending the unit to a complete new city from my home city within the limited time frame I mentioned.The new replaced unit works just fine. No problem in the sound quality and also the volume buttons and the call remote is working.I would have given 5 stars if only the build quality was little better as it seemes a little delicate and also sometime while attaching, it doesn't connect properly in one go. It takes a second try. But overall the product is perfect and no sound quality loss for me.Thanks for your after sale service that I received.

Works perfectly with Mi A2
Its my first review and the reason I am writing this is because I think lot of people face this. Okay so I had Mi A2 and the type c to 3.5mm connector provided with the phone broke after 5-6 months. I tried to find this connector but could not find good connectors anywhere. I also got to know through internet that a lot of people who have Mi A2 face this issue. I bought a type c earphone some months back but most good brands don't have type c earphones in budget range and my type c earphones also stopped working. I searched a lot of products on amazon and flipkart but most have bad reviews or probably don't work with Mi A2. I bought this one few days back and it works. I have good quality 3.5mm earphones and I was delighted to see them work again with this. Also I want to mention that mic also works properly on this product although it is mentioned in the product details that mic does not work. Its been three days and I am able to listen to music and make calls without any problems. Also the build quality is okay. Will update this review after some days.Edit: I have been using it for 2 months, its still working perfectly, no issues.

Original oneplus packaging - faulty product
Original packaging by oneplus. But left earphone output is mono and the right seems stereo.Seems like some one bought all the defective pieces from oneplus and is selling here for twice the price offered on the oneplus website. I Used it for the oneplus 7UpdateSeller replaced faulty one with a working one

Life savior for my OnePlus 7 - inline Mic works well for calls
Got this for 499 & I am planning to buy a second one.I got this to use my old school wired earphones for talking long office calls. The inline mic works well. Loudness & sound quality seems descent. Price wise - I do wish it was 399 - then I'd probably order a bunch of these.yes I am old school & I miss the good old headphone jack. OP was not kind enough to include the adapter which they originaly offered with 6T - skipped that with the 7.Glad to report that this adaptor supports the inline mic .

Overall good product
I am using it for my oneaplus 7 phone and overall it's a good product. If you don't have Bluetooth headset then it's must to have thing for new model of onePlus. Sometimes it doesn't work we have to remove and put it again. Very tight while removing
