Good sauna effect
I ordered an XXXL size and it fits perfectly. I used the measurements to choose the right size. They are good quality trousers. I felt the sauna effect after 10 minutes wearing it without doing any exercises. Hope I can rid off some of my "cushions" during wearing it in the next six months.Let's go try it 😀

durable material and comfy to wear
I wore this shorts to do some running and exercise, it's really good.You heat up pretty fast in this, it's light weight but also has some thickness to itThere's no use buying your exact size except you want it really snug on you, I think fabrics of this material need some room so your skin can still breathe while you sweat out.I bought two sizes up and the short was too roomy on me. bn a medium size myself, a large would have been ideal for me instead of the xl I purchased.I'd explore buying a vest if same material, hopefully I can burn out some calories while exercising in them.This doesn't attract dirt at all, just spread it out to dry after each use.I find it might itch your skin if you don't wash the shorts b4 wearing them for the first time.I'm happy with it

Starts working straightaway!
As soon as they were put on they started working judging by the sweating!After a brief workout they really had been very effective.Tough material but ultimately comfortable too for long periods - a bit like a diving wet suit.Worth the money to build up that extra heat during a work out.

Well worth the money. Top quality!
It arrived a little late. Apart from that fantastic! Enjoyed running with them, kept me warm. They also have a pocket where i can put my Samsung s8 or even my ipod. Really good quality, well worth the money.I'm a size 8, size 10 is big for me. I purchased a medium, the fit was spot on. Does the job, kept me warm and lots of sweating!I would definitely recommend these.

Great product at a great price!
I first ordered the wrong size, but having spoken to someone who works at the company they advised I order a medium. I'm glad I did! As it fits perfectly and started making me sweat within 10 minutes, without even working out!Great product and great customer service!

Good fit and quality material
Fit is as expected, had them on for 10 mins and could feel the effects and that was without a work out.. Cannot wait to try them properly..
