I'm normally a size S but I bought an XS for maximum compression. I put it on much easier than expected after reading the reviews and it's amazingly comfortable once it's on and my body looks awesome in it. It's invisible under clothes so I wear it all day. When I use my waist trainer, I put it on top of this faja. I'm already planning to buy another one as soon as possible. It's a very high-quality faja, I can't recommend it enough!

Didn't quite fit my body and I couldn't imagine wearing all day. May be ok for shorter periods of time and for other types of body. Material was ok.
