Dusts, but not completely
I use it for wood blinds, similar to the picture shown with the item. It cleans the slats, but not completely. There's still some dust left behind. I also could not fit the cloth part over the handle after I washed it. It still works, but i just can't put it back together completeyl.

Blows Swiffer Dusters Away
This duster is very light and comfortable in the hand. The dusting pad itself is really fluffy and it really grabs the dust. It's removable so you can wash it.
