This chair is truly comfortable and has a solid build. I am using it for more than a month now and this is my latest review:Pros:- Soft and durable material- Strong build- Comfortable and ergonomic- Foldable armrests give you option to keep them out of the way and sit even in crossed-leg (meditation) posture which can enhance the spine health.- Very responsible and caring customer service- It has a very office look and feelCons:- The armrests heights are not adjustable, they can however fold back and front- You may need an extra sitting cushion to adjust your height, but the chair’s cushion in fact is comfortable enough.Overall this product worth the price, and I’m happy with it!

Update 10/25:I contacted customer support and they sent me a new gas cylinder. This new one is rising to normal height and it actually looks better,so I decided not to use plastic cover. Great customer support. The part arrived very fast.Original review: The chair is very comfortable and esthetically pleasing, but it is very low. I am 5'7", my desk is pretty high and I have my monitor on the little shelf. You can see on the photo comparison with my old chair. Both chairs are in the maximum height here. It is very low for me.Also there is a little factory damage on the right side of the back of the chair, like it was scratched . It is not a big deal and I still it is ok for the price , but the height is a real issue for me, I am used to my chair being higher . Not sure yet if I will return it or not.

Really high end looking office chair that was super easy to assemble. The lower back support is incredible and it is very comfortable. Only drawback is that when you lean back, the chair squeaks and we can't figure out how to stop that. And the back is not as tall as I would have liked. Either way though, the chair is really well made.

It was extremely easy to assemble, and I put it together myself, unaided. I use it in my home studio to sit comfortably and paint. Being able to raise the arms, makes it very convenient for sliding it up under my work table. Another good point about the arms when they're raised, is it doesn't matter if you're broad hipped. With the arms up, your broad hips fit. I mentioned that because while searching for a chair, a frustrated lady mentioned she was thick thighed, and couldn't fit between the arms without them pressing into her. This will not be an issue with this chair. I am 72, and have severe arthritis, especially in my neck area, which lessons my ability to reach my paints comfortably. With this chair, I simply swivel the chair around instead of trying to twist my body. That sounds like a small thing, but it really helps so much. When the chair first arrived, I had an issue with a place on the leather. I contacted the company, and they were quick to respond and settle the problem. I couldn't be happier, and would feel comfortable buying from this company again. Thank you.

I bought this chair in March of last year. First, I'll say it is a beautiful chair and very comfy. I have been loving this chair until a month ago. It still looks fabulous, but over the last 2 months, the chair will slowly start creeping down while I'm sitting in it. I keep it on the highest/tallest setting. Now over the last week, I'm constantly having to lift it back up as it slinks down into the lowest position continually. This is a problem because it interrupts my work. So now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to keep it in the highest setting permanently as it's quite bothersome. This would be the perfect chair still if the hydraulics didn't fail. I'm too short for the lowest position.

First, the chair is not huge like the un-scaled photo would appear. It's actually slightly smaller in overall profile than the ergonomic mesh back office chair it is replacing. I love that I can sit fully back in the chair seat and benefit from the lumbar support of the seat back. i was leery that the arm rests might not be the best height and can't be adjusted like my previous chairs but they are just about ideal in height from the seat bottom. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the screw fittings were of a good quality so they went in effortlessly, unlike many furniture items I have assembled in the past. I feel this chair would best serve someone of smaller stature as the seat back delightfully wraps around your body for full support and waterfall front edge of the seat is perfect for a shorter person, say under 5'9". For those who sit long hours, I suggest a small footstool under your desk to elevate your feet a bit and so your back can cradle into the seatback. Love this chair and the white is gorgeous.

The overall design looks nice. Good sized chair, and I liked the flip-up armrests.But you'll be lucky if it retains its cushion for more than a few months. I'm 5'3" 115 lbs and a few months into owning the chair, there is absolutely no butt cushion. It's been all flattened out and very hard. Definitely not great for a work from home job.The wheels are also extremely noisy. I had to replace the wheels.

I just received the white version of this chair, and it arrived 10 days before the final promised date! It is a GREAT chair! First off, to address some of the negative comments: I am a 6'3", 210 lb. man, and this chair is NOT too small for me when raised to the highest setting. Also, if you are older than the age of 7, you can easily construct this chair with the provided instructions (c'mon people!). This chair is elegant, well-constructed, spacious, comfortable, and fits easily beneath my desk when not in use. The customer service department responded to an issue involving the coupon within 24 hours and remedied the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this chair!
