This was by far the worst piece a garbage I have ever purchased. I have owned several fitness trackers over the past 4 years and this was terrible. From the moment we tried to use it, it never worked the way it was advertised as working. It never synced well with my sons phone. It would often have to be reset. It would become stuck in exercise tracking, even when my son did not put it in that tracking. It never monitored my sons sleep properly and it never tracked his heart rate properly. I wish I could give this item less than one star, it has been the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. If you are looking for a quality and inexpensive fitness tracker look at Fitbit. They have numerous types all across the board for prices and very trustworthy and quality products. Fitbit also has great customer service to help you if something is not working properly.

The description made this watch look very good, but it was very hard to turn on and when it turned on it reminded me of my old 10 dollar watch. I was very disappointing for the quality of the watch especially for the price of the watch.
