I bought this camera to put in my 95 yr old Father's room in his Memory Care facility so I could keep an eye on him 24/7. I cannot express how happy I am with this camera and how much stress is relieves me of knowing I can "check in" on him at anytime of the day/night. It is a simple camera and not fancy, but for the price, it was a very smart purchase. My only negative is that anyone else in the same facility that has this same camera can see OUR feed/photos as I can see theirs. I don't know how to separate to where we only receive our own feed.

The speaker is blown and does not work, the camera part would not connect to my phone I use often, it connected to another phone but disconnected after 5 minutes. The rep at amazon I spoke with as well should only get one star, because she was rude and super condescending like I wanted a refund back and was lying. I did not go through the hassle of returning it, because I had to go out to print a shipping label then package it and send it out and wait for this, that, and the other. It would have cost me more time and money to do that and was not worth it to me. So I would not suggest this, and hope they reprimand the agent I spoke with in regards to this broken product.

I bought this camera a month ago today. When I first received the camera it would allow me to see images in color, now it will only show in black and white. I have tried to reset the camera, look for a specific setting to set it back to color with no luck. I was going to return it today for this reason, but of course the return window expired yesterday! So I guess I am stuck with black and white images :(

Not a good product. 95% of the time it’s “off line”. Remote viewing is almost impossible.

This is an excellent hidden camera, the quality is outstanding. It is easy to setup andstream live to my phone through the free app. Love this speaker! It's the perfect size to go on the deskby my office.
