I've been lifting consistently for about 20 years now. I've used all kinds of supplements over those years and really enjoy the new implementation of these EAAs into my routine. I've been using pre and post workouts with BCAAs for years with pretty good results. I decided to try EAAs as my intraworkout and I have noticed a difference in maintaining muscle since I started using this product. It is the first EAA supplement I have used, but liked that it individually listed all the ingredients instead of claiming a "proprietary blend."Excellent product and I highly recommend!

Product has great flavor and dissolves quickly but I find a full scoop in 16oz of water makes the flavor too intense for me. I typically do 2/3 scoop every day.

This tasted so foul I absolutely could not drink it. I really wanted to like it, but it was bitter and nasty. Amazon does not allow returns on this product so I am out 30.00 for nothing!!!!

On it's own the taste was great. Mixed in a smoothie with an orange and it wasn't very tasty. I'll stick to just mixing it with water.
