This item says it has a warranty however no info is given on who or how to contact the manufacturer of this item for such or even how to order replacement parts. Additionally it comes with what I assume to be a wall mount station however there is no info in the instructions regarding this or how to use it or install it. It's not even listed as an item included in the box. Therefore I did not place it anywhere and as a result when I charged it the first time I found out the vacuum is too heavy so it fell over and cracked the canister. Why aren't instructions for this provided and what no info on how to get service or replacement parts

I like the suction power, that it picks up nicely. The versatility --that it converts into a hand-held unit. I use it basically as a 'carpet-sweeper' in my massage table room and the carpeted waiting area, as well as on its upholstered chairs. I wanted the 'stick' model for storage and portability. The dust bin is easy to remove, empty and re-attach . The suction quality seems equally efficient on the nearby floor. It is cordless and rechargeable, so no cords to get tangled, and it's light-weight, handy and is as easy to pick up and use as a conventional broom.

It's exactly what you expect. A lightweight vacuum that may not necessarily be as powerful as a traditional standup, but handles my tile and rugs with ease. Only nitpick I have is sometimes the swiveling head is less maneuverable than I'd like.

If you want the power of a Dyson, buy a Dyson.I suppose it's handy for lite duty, but I'm glad I kept my cannister vacuum for everything else.

If you try and suck up anything larger than just loose dirt the tube clogs up fast due the terrible design of the trap that places the cone extremely close to the tube exit. Also makes it so that to empty it completely you have to dismantle the entire unit because anything large gets pressed up against the inner cone. Being cordless is supposed to be less hassle and this company doesn't seem to get that I guess.

Good for small messes and hardwood floors. Not great for carpet. Also the led battery indicator light went out the second day.

Definitely not for deep cleaning. The vacuum is very light but it is too light for carpets.

This vacuum obviously isn't a Dyson or a Shark so I wasn't expecting 5-star suction, but it does the job. I bought this for my apartment for university and surprisingly it picks up a lot of debris and dirt. Things like small pebbles or tiny rocks from the drive way gets tossed in the head and sometimes flies out from the sides, but other than that I like it. It's easy to clean, store, switch to the hand-held position, etc. I like it :)

This vacuum is amazing. The handheld power head cleaned my truck carpets spotless, the regular power head picked up any little dirt or gravel I could see in my entrance way. Very impressed!

For a cheaper cordless vacuum this works awesome!

Power heads don’t stay on. Always have to push and hold to make contact with pins. Besides that works fine ,decent suction and battery life.Mostly use it with the crevice tool.
