I could feel the workout within 15 minutes of using it. I thought it used more of a vibration feel and it's more of shocking/tingle feeling. I could feel my muscles tensing! Make sure it's on before you turn it because it will shock your fingure! 🤦‍♀️🤣 I gave it 2 stars because it stopped working after just one month.

The first time I used it was really different. I was hopeful that frequent use would be of value. Unfortunately the stimulator pads do not stick anymore. What a shame I was hopeful but now disappointed

Ha-ha! Be surprised! This abdominal muscle stimulator is especially suitable for me! I used it in movies. After the movie, I obviously felt a lot of abdominal muscle tightening!! I'm surprised! I want to recommend it to my friends!
