Light weight, comfortable to hold and have out performed knives I spent thousands for!
The media could not be loaded. I should have warned my guest before using these! Poor finger....long story short even after many uses they are still sharp as can be! They slice right through thick watermelon making for happy kids!!! I LOVE how light weight they are too. Sometimes knives can be heavy and as a woman it’s nice to have more lightweight and easy to hold knives. I had the global knives which costs thousands and these definitely out performed them and for the price I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Very poor packaging!
There is no doubt that the knives are sharp! They arrived in an Amazon box but when it was opened, the smaller box containing the knives was also open and the knives tumbled out onto the table. Unfortunately one (luckily the smallest one!) fell off and pierced my foot! Thankfully it only sliced open the side and I avoided what could have been a tragedy! So don’t assume that what is in the Amazon box is tightly sealed—and keep these knives away from kids!!!

Sharp!
I purchased these for my vacation beach house on the Congo and let me tell you they are as sharp as the teeth on the monkeys that beg for scraps out back. They keep an edge extremely well and sharpen easily. You gotta be careful with these bad boys! One wrong chop and the monkeys will smell blood for miles and come running. But seriously folks these are some fine examples of cutlery and would be a great addition to anyone's kitchen.

high quality knives!
I bought these knives to leave on our trailer, but after using we decided to put our Wusthof knives out there and keep these for our everyday use. These have a comfortable handle, and are extremely sharp. You can tell that they are well made, and will last a long time.
