Had to return due to there being no lock mechanism, who sells a lock with no lock mechanism???Changed review from 1 star to 5 star as all pieces arrived 2nd time aroundReplacement lock arrived Today, fitted and installed and all is working as expected.Keys no longer needed although it does come with 2.Everyone can come and go as they like.

This is a well made quality door lock but the instructions for installation are incorrect.The template supplied for cutting the door do not take into account the multipoint locking horns on the top and bottom of the lock. I wasn't using a multipoint door so rather than try to adapt the solid wooden door I cut the tops off the horns.It's really good not to need to carry a key or phone when you leave the house. It seems very secure.

The media could not be loaded.  To my horror I discovered this is not a fingerprint scanner. DO NOT buy this false product. Amazon, please take this item off the store asap to protect consumers. Watch the video as I open the door using the finger print scanner wearing a glove.

It seemed like a quality lock, but it was not compatible with my door. Installing it would have lost the option for three point locking, which was important.

This is a good solid lock to British standards with way more features than most of it competitors.

I bought this to help my dad who has dementia and kept locking himself out, the fingerprint aspect works brilliantly. Installing it was a bit tricky but the templates and everything you need is supplied. Very easy to set up whether you use a fingerprint or keycode to unlock. The ages in our house ranges from 8 to 71 yrs and all can open it without problems.

I have problem opening the door from inside. I need help.
