The pillow is exactly what is advertised. about 1.5 inches high..full pillow size. I'm a stomach sleeper and just needed a bit of a pillow. It's not great for me, personally. (which is why the 4 stars, not 5). It DOES roll up nicely as a support for the neck when sleeping on your side.

Too thin- no support
I don't like this pillow. I had a slim latex pillow before and it gave me a lot of support and it was very comfortable. This one is too thin- no support. My neck was sore next morning after using this pillow.

Amazing for stomach sleepers
I didn't think this pillow would be so thin. When it came I thought it would expand. However I decided to give it a try and I love it. I sleep on my stomach/side and I love this for that I don't wake up with neck pain. I have repurchased so I have two. Highly recommended for stomach sleepers
