This product is extremely unreliable. I bought it because I wanted a dual charging pad to make my life easier to charge my iphone and apple watch at the same time. I've had it for about 2-3 weeks and on multiple occasions I've woken up the next morning to find that my watch or phone didn't charge, despite the phone or watch indicating it was charging and the charging mat lighting up (indicating charging was taking place). I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend the product to anyone.

Just to clarify, this isn’t a normal dual-charger. If you’re looking for something that will charge two phones at the same time, this isn’t it. This charger it made specifically to charge a phone on one side, and an Apple Watch on the other. That said, the phone side will charge any type of phone that is Qi compatible, and will even charge Samsung earbuds. But the watch side is made to work specifically with the Apple watch and won’t charge anything else.So if what I mentioned above fits your needs, then this is a good charger. It looks really nice, it obviously matches the Apple theme with a white shinny finish, and it has one extra feature that I wish all other wireless chargers came with: It has a USB port where you can plug and charge any other device which I guess makes this a universal charger in a sense. I’m very pleased with it.

This seems to work well on first use - the apple watch snaps straight into place to charge. The iPhone, when placed in the perfect center for it to charge. For a few months this worked OKAY - I'd have given it a 3-4 stars. Now, after using if for a few month it won't charge my phone no matter where its placed. not only that but a month ago the charging cord stopped working completely. I have tried plugging it into different outlets and with different cords but it's definitely the device itself that is defective. I would not advise wasting money on this charger.

What I like best about this product is that it is reliable. I had another wireless charger for my iPhone that was made by a well known company. The consistency wasn't great. With this dual charger. I haven't seen any inconsistency issue where I'd put my phone on the charger before bed, all looked good and then when I'd awake in the morning, the phone was down to less than 20% charge. I had considered going back to using the cord but then happened upon this one, gave it a go and its great. I really like charging my watch at the same time. I had concern that the unit would be overloaded and become hot. I haven't seen that either. Finally, it is really sleek and nice looking.

This works fine with the iPhone 8plus that has the otter box case on it. No problem charging and charges fast. The watch is a different matter. I have a case on my watch and it charges slow and will stop charging after awhile. I taken the case off and band and laid the watch itself on the charger. It charged a little faster, but would still stop charging for no reason. Even with the magnetic spot the watch lays, it still stops charging for no reason. Had high hopes for this, but am disappointed.

I am absolutely sick. I only used it two nights. My Apple Watch felt warm the first morning - and it never has before in 3 years. I charged it again the second morning and it felt warm again. By the afternoon the clear cover of my watch came loose on the bottom so I had to use scotch tape to hold it on the watch. Also, the white band was discolored (does not wash out) on one side. I can't believe it broke my watch by overheating!

I like the simple design and quality material. I also like the extra USB port to charge one more device. Two lights (red one stays on for power and blue one blinks when iPhone is charging) are little bit too big/bright. You may want to cover it if you plan to keep on nightstand. Not a big deal, but I wish there is a sign or letter to indicate where to put phone or watch. Even those two circles are the same size. Most important thing to me was control of temperature of my devices. It elevated my Apple Watch and iPhone temperature to warm, but not hot/very warm like my previous ones that I returned.

Good charger, just need to make sure the phone is positioned correctly. Works with my thin case on. Only downside is the very bright light indicating it’s plugged in. I turn it upside down when I’m not charging since it’s by my bed.

I received a defective piece probably that was already returned by someone as there were clear signs of rough use (lots of scratches on the surface). Within a day of use I realized it is defective as the Apple Watch part of it failed to provide consistent charging. With so many brands jumping in on the wireless charging bandwagon, I expected Zealsound to hold it's ground. Very disappointed, initiated a return.

Charge my IPhone properly . The second spot only charges Iwatch .

Overall slowness in the charing despite being described as fast charge capable. But Apple Watch S5 is even worse, charging really slow and heating the device to a dangerous limit.Don't buy it, there are better options in the market.
