Piece of crap, died after not even 2 months of use
At first the lights were a beautiful addition to our decorative pond, but then I knew something was wrong when the functionality of the lights and remote started getting wonky; certain lighting modes wouldn't activate, the lights wouldn't turn on, or some of the colors didn't work. It did that for a few weeks and then tonight the lights just died. They don't turn on, manually or with the remote. I should've known by the build quality of the plug and light controller built into the cord, they are not built to last outside. Water from rain or simple outdoor moisture can easily get into either one and cause shorting or corrosion. Money completely down the drain and I have a big party planned to show off all the work we have done to our yard over the summer. Guess the pond won't be lit. Bummer.

Beautiful shades of colored light to enhance the beauty of any subject!
These cast a beautiful light. Thing is, I dye my pond water so they wouldn’t make much of an impact trying to cut through the darkened water if I submerged them. (I did try at first but the light was not only greatly diminished but as other reviewers have noted- they tend not to stick very well.) Instead, I hid them in some rocks and they are nothing less than stunning.

Good lights with some minor issues
The lights were purchased to illuminate a water feature at night. The colors were bright and it was easy to set up. The lights were waterproof but the plug was not waterproof. Since these were used by a water feature and there is a goodly amount of splashing I had to put the plug in a waterproof box to keep it safe. The suction cups would not stick to my pond liner. The lights float in water if not stuck to something. I had to stick them on small glass sheets to keep them under the water. The lights have great brightness and the remote works well.

Not for concrete fountains! Must be turned on with switch or remote
Quality lights. Nice and bright. Obviously air tight, cuz they float. Hence the suction cups. If you have a coarse stone or concrete fountain, they will not stay submerged and they float around the base wherever the current takes them. Bummer. Didn’t even think of the floating issue. Just tested it. It doesn’t power on automatically with the pump. The lights must be turned on manually with the inline switch or the remote. There no setting these to a timer. It’s all manual operation

So happy with these lights
Used this on fountain for my moms front yard and they have been underwater for 3 months now and still working like new. Suction cups still stong. This is my second set the first brand did not work they went out after 2 months. So very happy

Dim
These are rather dim. Was hoping to really illuminate a concrete pond. Though there is allot of ambient light from the porch - I suppose if it was totally dark and those were the only light source it would be ok.

Nice for bettas
The lights work well in my betta tank. The dimming feature is just what they needed.
