These bands are great! They stay in place - no sliding up or down on your legs. The material is comfortable and doesn’t pull on your skin. And the tension on them is perfect! Some bands are almost immovable, while some are way too loose. These are just right! Thank you!

Way easier to use than the rubber type bands. Provide great resistance; love to use them on my glute focused leg days! Seem to be well made, so I have high hopes they’ll last longer than my rubber bands.
