It feels good when I put it on (sigh of relief every day when I put it on) and I can feel the benefit when I take it off (posture feels better so pain is eased).Easy to adjust.Hand-wash.Just gets a bit hot in the summer - but as I only wear it for an hour or two I can cope.Smiles

I’m personal have a lower back pain, and I’m believe this product will be help, honestly first few days was pain, but afterward was perfectly fine.

After using this product for a number of period, I can clearly see the effect and difference to my back. I recommend this to anyone who has back or neck pains and delivery is very fast too!

I can't comment on the effectiveness as this product, as for me it was not fit for purpose. I'm a petite size 8 woman and this item was much too big. By the time I'd sufficiently tightened the shoulder straps, the back part was well up my neck rather than on my back and very uncomfortable. So this has been returned.

Feel comfortable,very work out for me,keep me back always straight now. Good quality and is perfect.
