Overall the product works as described. I used it to slice frozen pork with ease, and the slices are even thinner than market product! Parts can be disassembled easily. It comes with three different blades, and it would be good to write in the instruction what they are each good at.

This is definitely a top quality higher end precision cutting machine. Easy enough to use and change blades and am impressed it comes with the 3 blades for meat, cheese and bread. It’s a perfect cut every time and the machine and blades are easily cleaned.

I wanted a quick way of slicing very thin slices of meat both for sandwiches and for cooking and I was a bit dubious that something at this price would be effective enough. It was dead easy to set up and put together, just had to be careful of the sharp edges. The instructions were clear and simple, even for me as I am not the best at reading these things. Even better, it slices my meat really thinly. I've tried it with lamb and pork so far and it worked great.

This is a really solid unit, cuts through meat with absolute ease. Relatively slow cutting speed, but with high torque. Comes with three blades, one smooth, one serrated, and one angled.I have tested with a few different meats, and they all perform very well with this unit, it has yet to struggle or feel like it is slowing down from any strain whatsoever.Would definitely recommend to anyone who usually has sliced meat. Cheap yet well made - brilliant.

I was slicing some frozen sirloin steak nice and thinly for a korean bbq. After about 3 minutes use it started to smell and then the next moment although the motor kept on whirring the blade didn't move. Had a look inside to discover that there is a plastic gear wheel which is driven by a screw and it had literally just shredded its teeth. Crap design and crap quality. I'll be chasing it up to send it back to where it belongs! My tip is, if you are going to do a lot of slicing buy a good one but otherwise just tap the seller of the meats to slice it how you want it and not bother buying a non cost effective gadget.

An adequate slicer. Obviously not for professional use but at less than 50.00 what can you expect. My Italian friend has brought me an armful of salami, Parma ham , chorizo and Parmesan. It coped well and now all vac packed and frozen within an hour or so . It would be nice to put the whole thing in detergent to clean but obviously not possible !

Had it for few days I’ve been used three time for ham, bread and pork to slice.Perfect results !
